Job Summary:
The SVP of Technology will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our technology strategy. This Senior will oversee the development and deployment of cutting-edge applications, manage our identity graph operations, and optimize our AWS infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency. This role reports to and is principal deputy of the Chief Technology Officer.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Lead the application development team to design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions that align with business goals.
· Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps.
· Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to prioritize projects and ensure timely delivery.
· Oversee the development and maintenance of identity graph frameworks that enhance customer insights and personalization.
· Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and security within identity graph operations.
· Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to leverage identity data for strategic initiatives.
· Manage and optimize our AWS cloud infrastructure to support current and future technology needs.
· Ensure robust security measures, disaster recovery plans, and cost optimization strategies are in place.
· Lead initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
· Participate in the development of products and services.
· Manage the development and improvement of key elements of our architecture
· Position will require that the individual understands all regulations and laws applicable to their assigned roles and responsibilities. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for the development, implementation, and regular maintenance of policies and procedures that govern the work of assigned roles and responsibilities, including compliance with the security requirements of ePHI
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent communication and team management skills
· Build and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
· Partner with Senior leadership to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
· Serve as a key liaison between technology and other departments to drive collaboration and achieve cross-functional goals.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
· 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on application development and cloud infrastructure.
· Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale technology projects and teams.
· Expertise in AWS services, identity resolution technologies, and modern software development practices.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facility.
